Avignon Soleil Topo Guide MIEYES - BODON This is not the sort of cliff that you come across by accident, it is in the middle of no-where, and 3km up a dirt track. If it is isolation for a day that you want, then this might be just the ticket. I give it a low rating since some of the rock is pretty flakey, but the position makes it worth investigating. You can park at a col and walk to it in 5 mins, there are a handful of routes in the hard 7a-7c grades. They are all full on stinkers, that come at you hard and spit you off very quickly. Some of the moves are very good - one does have to admit, but there is no room for elegance here, you have to be strong. Ideal if you like a view. Photo: LARME DE TAILLE: 7b- Climber: Mark Glennie |
