1 mile West of Tunbridge Wells
BULLS HOLLOW
This is an old Sandstone quarry that became overgrown for a good number of years. It has been recently cleared by local climbing volunteers and now offers some fun routes again. Around 30 routes across the grades. The rock is a bit soft and sandy unfortunately. (photo opposite)
TOAD ROCK BOULDERING
There is a giant sand pit opposite the Toad Rock Retreat - a fine pub. Soft rock but some very good boulder problems around and about.
HAPPY VALLEY ROCKS
You will need our guidebook to find these hidden little rocks. A good tower with some beefy 5c and 6a routes - 10 in total, then some smaller boulder problems in the lower grades nearby.
