MONT AIGU

A large-ish hill very close to the west of Fontainebleau. There are a couple of circuits here that start in low damp trees, and then work their way up a fine hill to open challenging boulders above. Quite a friendly area with 3 circuits of easy, medium and hard. We cover the hard blue circuit which has some corking grade 5 problems. Well near impossible to find without a good guidebook, and is a considerable walk from the carpark. This makes it nice and quiet which is a blessing. Good landings.
